We are building a cloud-native, open-source data platform that enables organizations to unlock, process, and transform their data into valuable insights and smart products. As a Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and improving this platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for the underlying infrastructure of our data platform, built on Kubernetes and fully automated with Infrastructure as Code. You will work on reliable CI/CD pipelines, scalable deployments, secure connectivity, and optimal monitoring. You will contribute to architectural decisions, help accelerate our data product teams, and foster a strong DevOps culture centered on collaboration, ownership, and innovation. What you bring:

• HBO working and thinking level;
• A strong affinity with data and cloud-native technologies;
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code – Terraform;
• Experience with Configuration as Code – e.g., Ansible;
• Experience with Bash and/or PowerShell scripting;
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps processes within Agile/Scrum teams;
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Additionally, you have:

• A strong focus on automation and security;
• Preferably, but not necessarily, an affinity with open-source technology and data engineering stacks (such as Airflow, Spark, Trino, MinIO);
• Problem-solving skills and ownership. You can never know everything, but you learn quickly;
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;

• Curiosity about new tools, patterns, and architectures.
