Why AI Experience Design

How we approach this
We start by understanding the context in which AI is deployed: what goals need to be achieved, what decisions are being made, and who is responsible for what. We investigate where AI can accelerate or automate and where human oversight remains essential.
From there, we design the interaction between people and AI.
