FIDDS Design

We help organisations choose direction in data, AI and digitalisation and connect strategy, governance and execution into one coherent line with results.

Our services

The real challenge in successful solutions is not the technology, but connecting to practice. FIDDS Design helps organisations design for value, adoption and scale.

From software to value

Many digital initiatives deliver less value than expected. Not because the technology falls short, but because user needs, working practices and decision-making are insufficiently considered. This creates solutions that are technically sound but fail to land in practice.

FIDDS Design bridges the gap between technology and impact. We design around the moments where value is created: in decisions, workflows and interactions. By making assumptions explicit and testing early, we ensure that solutions not only work, but are actually used.

Solutions remain unused

Products are built but insufficiently adopted. Users fall back on old ways of working because the new solution does not connect to their practice.

Value comes too late

It takes too long before users or the organisation actually benefit from a new solution. This creates frustration and erodes confidence.

Many features, little effect

Functionality is added without clear priorities. This increases complexity without proportionally improving impact.

Complexity scales along

As products expand, exceptions and dependencies grow. This makes maintenance and further development unpredictable.

AI gets stuck in pilots

AI initiatives produce demos and experiments but never become a structural part of processes or decision-making.

How we do it

We start from practice: what goals need to be achieved, what decisions are being made and who is responsible for what? Based on this, we explore multiple solution directions and make assumptions explicit.

We then translate ideas into tangible concepts such as flows, prototypes and visual overviews. By testing early with users and stakeholders, we make impact and risks visible. We work iteratively, testing, refining and focusing until a clear direction emerges that is ready for realisation.
