We offer certified Obeya training with accreditation through the Obeya Association and bring theory directly into practice, on location or in our own FIDDS Obeya.
Our approach (training and consulting)
We always start from practice. In our training sessions, we combine theory with concrete examples from organisations we have guided ourselves, so that participants immediately understand how Obeya works in their context. The training prepares for certification through the Obeya Association and supports participants in applying Obeya in their daily work.
For consulting, we look beyond just the room. In an Obeya, behaviour, information, ways of working, and connection come together. Depending on the need, we start with a maturity scan, identify areas for improvement, and work together towards an Obeya that sustainably supports collaboration, decision-making, and the realisation of objectives.
Common challenges
Dependent on consultants
Organisations are heavily dependent on external consultants for the functioning of the Obeya. Internal knowledge is lacking, making maintenance and improvement difficult.
Good start but impact is missing
After a promising start, results fall short. The Obeya loses relevance and does not contribute sufficiently to structural improvement and decision-making.
Unstructured spaces
